Welcome to Shunya Pottery Studio. These Refund and Cancellation Policy outline the rules and regulations for attending our pottery workshops, currently priced at Rs 1499 per person. By booking a workshop on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
* Cancellations made 48 hours before the workshop: A full refund will be provided.
* Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop: No refund will be issued.
* No-show: If you do not attend the workshop without prior notice, no refund will be granted.
* In the event of a cancellation by Shunya Pottery Studio, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
* Refunds will be issued by Shunya Pottery Studio within 3 working days from the date of cancellation and issued to the original source of payment. Further timelines will depend on the payment source.

2. Rescheduling Policy
* You may request to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the workshop. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours will not be accommodated, and the fee will be forfeited.
