Welcome to Shunya Pottery Studio. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for attending our pottery workshops, currently priced at Rs 1499 per person. By booking a workshop on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment
* All bookings for pottery workshops must be made through our website.
* The workshop fee is Rs 1499 per person and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
* We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and other listed payment options.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
* Cancellations made 48 hours before the workshop: A full refund will be provided.
* Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop: No refund will be issued.
* No-show: If you do not attend the workshop without prior notice, no refund will be granted.
* In the event of a cancellation by Shunya Pottery Studio, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
* Refunds will be issued by Shunya Pottery Studio within 3 working days from the date of cancellation and issued to the original source of payment. Further timelines will depend on the payment source.

3. Rescheduling Policy
* You may request to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the workshop. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours will not be accommodated, and the fee will be forfeited.

4. Workshop Participation
* Workshops are open to participants aged 8 and above unless otherwise specified.
* Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the workshop begins to ensure a smooth start.
* All materials and tools required for the workshop will be provided by Shunya Pottery Studio.
* Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the workshop.

5. Health and Safety
* We prioritize the safety of all participants. Please follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the instructor during the workshop.
* Shunya Pottery Studio is not liable for any injuries sustained during the workshop due to failure to adhere to safety instructions.

6. Intellectual Property
* Any photos, videos, or content created during the workshop by Shunya Pottery Studio may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms.
* Participants are welcome to share their own experiences on social media but may not use the workshop content for commercial purposes without prior consent from Shunya Pottery Studio.

7. Privacy Policy
* Any personal information provided during the booking process will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability
* Shunya Pottery Studio will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the workshop, except where such liability is imposed by law.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
* Shunya Pottery Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the participant’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.
